Sign up is automatic. There are no papers to fill out or cards to keep up with. This amount will automatically be credited to your account.
And, if you want to earn more credit to your account, we are offering a Patient Referral Program. For each patient you refer to us who receives a service, you receive a $25.00 credit to your account. If they have surgery ( Smart Lipo or Breast Augmentation ), you will receive a $100.00 credit.
